How Do I Check My Order Status?

It’s simple - just log into your account to view your order history and you’ll see the current status of your order.

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

The moment your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

When Will My Order Ship?

Knot Sisters ships from Costa Mesa, CA within 2 business days of your order date. All orders placed on a business day before 10:00am PST will go out the same day. Your package will arrive 3-10 days of the date it was shipped, depending on where you live in the US. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information for your package. You will receive a “Cancelled Order” notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled. Sorry, but orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays.

How Do I Track My Package After It Has Been Shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation number. Use this number to track your package.

Does Knot Sisters Ship Internationally?

We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer international shipping. Check back for updates as we plan to change this soon!

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

Sorry, but once we’ve fulfilled and shipped your items, we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order.

Why Was My Order Canceled?

While it’s rare, sometimes certain items will suddenly become out of stock and no longer be available. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-28 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. We will notify you via email when this transaction has taken place.

How Do I Use A Promo Code?

Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click on ‘Have a promo code?’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘Promotions’ line. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and only one can be used per order. Other exclusions may apply.

Something I Bought Went On Sale The Next Day - Can I Still Use The Promo Code?

Can I Use More than one promo code on the same order?

Sorry, only one discount code can be applied to each order.

Can I Exchange Items?

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement item. For our full Return Policy, click here.

Can I Return Items That Were Purchased On Sale?
